Solutions / Build Project Management

New sites, specified and built properly from day one.

From an empty shell to opening night. We choose and manage every part of the technology, including the infrastructure underneath it, and coordinate the trades and suppliers who install it.

The problem

What venues put up with elsewhere

Cabling decided too late

First fix is done before anyone has asked where the tills, access points and card machines are going, and it gets chased into walls afterwards.

Suppliers working in isolation

The POS vendor, the network installer and the fit-out contractor each turn up to a site the others have already changed.

Technology holds up opening

A broadband install date or a payments integration nobody owned becomes the reason the doors stay shut.

How we fix it

How we run a build

One point of contact across the technology, from the plans to the first service.

01
Specified before first fix

We work out what the site needs and where it goes while the walls are still open, so cabling, power and mounting are right the first time.

02
Every part of the stack chosen together

POS, payments, bookings, WiFi, phones and cloud selected as one system rather than bought separately and joined up later.

03
Infrastructure planned properly

Comms room, cabling, switching, access point placement, connectivity and failover, sized for the site and how it will trade.

04
We coordinate the suppliers

One point of contact holding the vendors, installers and contractors to the programme, reporting to you rather than to each other.

05
Tested before you open

Everything commissioned and proven under load ahead of opening, not on the first service.
